A. Gymnastics Practice Spend 15 minutes minutes working on a gymnastics movement of your choice.
B. 7 rds for time:

The time is nigh. End of days has cometh. The 2016 Presidential Election is upon us. All joking aside, it's a privilege for us to have the opportunity to choose our president in a democratic manner. Take advantage of your right, go out and vote.
Anywho, in the spirit of this election, we are offering several options for the workout. Each class must vote for one of the following workouts:
Candidate A: "Murph" - 1 Mile Run, 100 Pull Ups, 200 Push Ups, 300 Air Squats, 1 Mile Run
Candidate B: "Eva" (4 rounds) - 800m Run, 30 KB Swings (70/53), 30 Pull Ups
Third Party Option: 400 Burpees
Now because you are voting, it means majority wins. Everyone has to do that same workout. You don't get to do the workout you want, you do the workout >50% of the class picks. Think long and hard tonight. Choose wisely because you're stuck with whatever terrible workout option you pick for 1 whole hour of your life.
