Private Training

Our coaches are second to none. With decades of experience, our coaches have worked with clients from every age group and experience level. We have extensive experience with individuals returning from injury, pre/post natal clients, and those working around specific health and physical limitations.

Hyrox

Prepare for the Hyrox Fitness Competition or just come and get an amazing workout that’s based around the Hyrox movements and workout style. You can expect to run, ski (erg), row, bike , push and pull the sled, wall-ball throws, burpees, lunges, farmer holds and various other movements that will leave you dripping in sweat and feeling accomplished.

Boxing

This class is for beginners and seasoned vets. You will be working on the fundamentals of five basic punches and their variations. You’ll also be working footwork, head movement, defense, pad work and conditioning.

Men will need 16oz boxing gloves and women will need 14oz boxing gloves. You're highly encouraged to use hand wraps.

You will be hitting PRO 250 lbs. heavy bags, custom made from the manufacturer, in the USA, top of the line material, only the best for your hands.

High-intensity, constantly varied, functional movement for new and experienced clients. Workouts can be modified to all levels and designed to make you fitter, faster, and stronger. Weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, and more. Make friends while you make progress.

Open Floor

During open floor hours, members are welcome to use our facilities and equipment to train independently. Great for individuals with odd schedules, who are following separate programs, or who simply want to spend some extra time training and developing skills.
