*Note - if you have a heart rate strap/watch it can help guide your workout - absolutely not required - but there will be prescribed zones (as well as descriptions for how these zones should feel)
The first class is going to be capped at 12 people. A sign up sheet will be posted this Sunday night (August 5th) at approximately 9pm.

B. EMOTM x 10 minutes

Odd - 60 double unders
