Warmup

  • 10 cossack squats

  • 50 high knees

  • 60s plank walk outs (hands + feet = 1)

  • 60s plank up downs

  • 50 jumping squats

WORKOUT

  • 6x3 min AMRAP with 1 minute rest between rounds

    • Rounds 1,3,5

      • 5 hang power cleans + 5 front squats + 5 thrusters

    • Rounds 2,4,6

      • Burpees
