1 = Sub 1:30 pace (guys) / Sub 1:40 pace (ladies)
2 = Sub 1:35 pace (guys) / Sub 1:45 pace (ladies)
3 = Sub 1:40 pace (guys) / Sub 1:50 pace (ladies)
4 = Sub 1:45 pace (guys) / Sub 1:55 pace (ladies)
5 = Sub 1:50 pace (guys) / Sub 2:00 pace (ladies)
6 = Sub 1:55 pace (guys) / Sub 2:05 pace (ladies)
7 = Sub 2:00 pace (guys) / Sub 2:10 pace (ladies)
8 = Sub 2:05 pace (guys) / Sub 2:15 pace (ladies)

Your score is on a scale of 1-8 based on the pace you maintain throughout the minute. The goal is to keep it under your time goal. For example, if you want to score a 1, guys need the 1 minute pace to be below 1:30, ladies below 1:40.
