Wallball bridge run (one ball - it will be yours for the entirety of the workout)

station 1 :
200 goblet squats

partner 1 - squats
partner 2 - 10 burpees
partner 3 - overhead ball hold

*rotate when partner 2 reaches 10 burpees

station 2
200 Russian kettlebell swings

partner 1 - swings
partner 2 - 20 jumping lunges
partner 3 - overhead ball hold

*rotate when partner 2 reaches 20 jumping lunges

station 3
200 barbell thrusts

partner 1 - thrusts
partner 2 - 20 glute bridges
partner 3 - overhead ball hold

*rotate when partner 3 reaches 20 glute bridges

time remaining:

Accumulate 2:00 of a partner wall-sit

Partner 1/2 form the wall-sit, partner 3 holds wall-ball overhead - rotate as necessary
