10 WallBalls (20/14) (30/20 RX+)
AMRAP Burpees

No "touch and go" on the deadlifts, no dropping the bar on any rep. You must control the weight down to the floor, last rep included.  1/2 sec pause at the bottom on each rep. Failure to comply will result in the immediate death of this baby bird:
