  • 1RM Thruster off the rack

  • “Death By Thrusters” - Rx = 135/95 OR roughly 60% of your 1RM from above

    • Minute 1 = 1 thruster

    • Minute 2 = 2 thrusters

    • Minute 3 = 3 thrusters etc…

    • If you don’t complete the reps required in the minute, your workout is finished.

    • 10 round cap

  • If you complete all 10 rounds, you will have done 55 thrusters. Any reps not completed, perform 2x the amount in burpees.
