“Death By Thrusters” - Rx = 135/95 OR roughly 60% of your 1RM from above
Minute 1 = 1 thruster
Minute 2 = 2 thrusters
Minute 3 = 3 thrusters etc…
If you don’t complete the reps required in the minute, your workout is finished.
10 round cap
If you complete all 10 rounds, you will have done 55 thrusters. Any reps not completed, perform 2x the amount in burpees.
