  • Practice Rope Climbs

    • More advanced members can practice legless and L-sit variations

  • Every 2 minutes perform the work required at each station. Time remaining will be rest/transition. Three rounds.

    • Station 1 = 25/20 Calorie row

    • Station 2 = 5 Rope climbs

    • Stations 3 = 20/15 Calorie bike

    • Station 4 = 30 KBS @53/35
