Every 2 minutes perform the work required at each station. Time remaining will be rest/transition. Three rounds.
Station 1 = 25/20 Calorie row
Station 2 = 5 Rope climbs
Stations 3 = 20/15 Calorie bike
Station 4 = 30 KBS @53/35
