Against a 30 minute clock complete the following:
Minutes 1-10
100 Thrusters (95/65)
Minutes 11-20
100 KB Swings (70/53)
Minutes 21-30
100 Wall Balls (20/14)
*EMOM 5 Burpees (workout begins with burpees)
RX+ = 315/225 Thrusters
If you finish the allotted number of reps within the 10 minute block, you rest until the next 10 minute block starts. Last block finishes with an AMRAP burpees until time runs out.
