Thursday WOD

  • Hang Clean - 1RM (full squirt)

  • “The Hung Chief”

    • 5x3 minute AMRAP with 1 minute between rounds

      • 3 hang cleans @135/95 (full squirt)

      • 6 push-ups

      • 9 jumping squats
