A. Partner WOD

4rds each:
Partner A - farmer's carry to the short corner and back. As heavy as possible. You can use Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Farmers Handles, 2 heavy doggo's, whatever.

Partner B - hang from pull up bar as long as possible. If you come off the bar, AMRAP burpees until your partner returns.

B. Death By Wall Balls

Minute 1: 2 Wall Balls
Minute 2: 4 Wall Balls
Minute 3: 6 Wall Balls

Etc... until you can no longer complete the wall balls within the minute under the above rep scheme.
