Every 2 minutes for 5 Rds perform 3 Back Squats. Goal is a 3 RM.
C. Death by Burpees
Min 1 = 1 Burpee
Min 2 = 2 Burpees
Min 3 = 3 Burpees
etc...
Continue until you can no longer complete the burpees for that particular minute.
