Happy Monday. A. Back Squat - Wendler - Day 1, Week 1

All of you should have recent 1 rep maxes logged. If you don't, come see us for guidance.

Take 90% of your most current 1RM. The following percentages BELOW will be based off of that number.

*Example* If your 1RM is 100#, you will be using 90# for the percentages below. 

A. 5 reps @65%, 5 reps @75%, AMRAP @85%

B. 5 x 10 reps @ 50% (take short rest)

C. 100 Situps
