A. Pause Back Squat - 8x3 (against a 16 minute clock)
Build up to a heavy BS triple (w/ 2 sec pause at bottom). Work will be performed every 2 minutes - every 2 min for 8 sets perform 3 reps.
B. Death By Wall Balls
Beginning with 2 Wall Balls on minute 1, add 2 additional Wall Balls each minute until you can no longer complete the number of reps within the minute.
2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, etc...
