Depending on class size, the class will be split and perform the parts in opposite orders.

A. 5 min max backsquats - either body-weight, 3/4 BW, or 1/2 BW (aim for at least 50 reps)

  • At minute 5, accumulate as many minutes of a wall-sit as possible

B. 100 burpees for time

*10 min cap on the burpees
