Run 550m with wall-ball (1 lap)
50 burpees
Run 1100m with wall-ball (2 laps)
50 burpees
Run 1600m with wall-ball (3 laps)
50 burpees

Please come warmed up with your towel/yoga mat. You can finish your burpees if you’re not done before the next class starts
