B. Every 3:00 for 21:00 (7 rounds)

15/10 Calories Machine (Athlete’s Choice)

7 DL + 5 HPC + 3 Jerks (UNBROKEN)

Goal is to work to heavy starting at about 40% of above weight and finishing around 80%. The whole point is to do the complex unbroken.
