B. Conditioning**
Max Calorie Ski in 40 sec x 6 rounds
*Set clock for :40 on / :10 off and have teams of 2-3 people sharing the Ski. If you need more rest then go in the team of 3. Teams of 2 will get 50 sec per rest per round while teams of 3 get 1:30 rest.
C. Accessory**

10/10 BirdDog Rows (use same box for step ups)
10/10 Step Ups (24/20)
20 Situps (feet on box)
**Split groups into two heats and some start on Part B and others on Part C so everyone gets to enjoy the Ski challenge! Yay!
