*EMOTM until you are unable to complete the following:
7 Thrusters(75/55) 7 Pull Ups 7 Burpees
*Once you fall off the EMOTM you will continue as an AMRAP until 15 minutes is up.
The alternative approach is to perform this workout as a 15 Minute AMRAP from the start (only if necessary).
