TUESDAY!!! CENTRAL PARK RUN YAI + PRESS/ROW/SIT/UPS

"Each year YAI runs a fundraising event called the Central Park Challenge which is a four mile run through Central Park. This year, the run is on June 2.

B. Tabata Mash Up -> 8 rounds EACH -> :20s work, :10s rest -> Do 20s of work on the press, then rest 10s as you transition to the row...etc. The workout finishes after 8 rounds of each are finished.
