  • Start - establish a heavy hang power clean

  • For time ->

    • 2k/1600m row (male/female)

    • 80 goblet squats @53/35 - Rx+ = 70/53

    • 40 hang power cleans @135/95 - Rx+ = 185/115

We will most likely have to run heats for this workout.

Please be mindful of your classmates when you finish your workout if you’re in an earlier heat. I understand the NYC hustle and bustle has us in “go” mode from the crack of dawn, but, you’re committing yourself to an hour of class time.

Hold off on cleaning up - support your classmates - or just simply watch.

It’s easy to forget what it’s like to be the new person in class - but watching your classmates rush to cleanup and split doesn’t make the experience less daunting.

This is very important to me and the other coaches - and it will mean the world to those struggling to finish a rough workout.
