1100m Wall Ball Run
50 Burpees
2001m Wall Ball Run
50 Burpees
MONDAY
Front Squat - heavy single
5 rounds with 3 minutes rest between rounds - 10 front squats off the rack @50% of heavy single immediately into a 200m run
