  • AMRAP 12

    • 2 hang cleans, 2 burpees over bar

    • 4 hang cleans, 4 burpees over bar

    • 6 hang cleans, 6 burpees over bar

    • Continue as far as you can for 12 minutes. Rx = 95/65. Scale to roughly 50% of 1RM Hang Clean if not going Rx.
