AMRAP 2 - Jumping Lunge Burpee (start with 1 jumping lunge on each leg, then 2 jumping lunges on each, then 3 jumping lunges on each leg…etc)
AMRAP 2 - Mountain Climber Burpee (10 mountain climbers, then 20 mountain climbers, then 30 mountain climbers… etc)
AMRAP 2 - Pushup Burpee (1 pushup, then 2 pushups, then 3 pushups…etc)
Conditioning B - Monday = Leg Day
AMRAP 8 - 2,2,4,4,6,6,8,8 etc - ascend by 2 reps every round. Continue for as long as possible in 8 minutes.
