30 x Burpees onto the Plate

No dropping the plates. First -  we don't want to damage the plates. Second - we need to keep the noise down in the AM. Please be respectful of this. LOVINGLY place your plate onto the floor before performing the burpees. FYI - you must extend all the way up when you jump onto the plate.
