13 reps @ 135/95

11 reps @ 155/105

9 reps @ 185/125

7 reps @ 205/145

Starting each round with :

15 toes to bar 

10 Box Jumps (24/20)

*If the cleans aren’t completed in the 3 minute window, start the next round with the 15 TTB/10 Box Jumps and complete the cleans from the previous round then add weight for the next set of cleans.
