10 total steps forward
5 Single Arm Thrusters Left side
10 total steps forward
*Continue to progress with your weight until you’ve reached 150m (from the gym gate to Provost). Everytime you stop, place weight on the ground and run back to the starting point then back to your weight and continue the above rep scheme until you’ve reached Provost. Walk the weight back to the gym overhead (alternating arms as needed).
