:15 L/R/Center Child’s pose

10 Soldier Kicks each side

:30 Bottom Squat hold (use elbows to drive knees out)

10 Bird Dogs each side

10 Warrior Balance each side SLOW!

50 total Alternating High Skips in place

WOD: 5 rounds:

  • :20 Plank+AMRAP Push-ups (stop at 20)

  • 20 each side Single leg Wall Sit hold

  • 20 Up-downs (10 each side)

  • :20 Pause squat+20 Squats
