Strength/Endurance
Take turns pushing around the sled around for 10:00.
As heavy as possible for intervals of 100ft.
Aim for a 1:2 work to rest ratio give or take class size.
Conditioning
Every 4:00 x 5 rounds
20 alternating DB step ups @40/20 ish (10 each leg)
15 wall-balls
10 burpees
Box height roughly between 18’’-24’’ depending on strength/height
