Bootcamp & Cardio

Weekend cardio endurance and bootcamp classes designed to get you going before brunch. Heart-pumping tempos and high intensity intervals, no CrossFit experience necessary.

Individuals who are new to CrossFit should sign up for a free introduction. We'll cover the movements and standards you can expect to see in class, as well as get to know you as an athlete. Understanding your background and what brings you to us will ensure that you get the most out of your time at CrossFit Greenpoint.
