Escape Velocity is an On Ramp program for those who want to build up a ton of momentum before starting group classes. This program is perfect for seasoned athletes or complete beginners. Escape Velocity specifically caters to the movements and protocols of group classes.

Our coaches are second to none. With decades of experience, our coaches have worked with clients from every age group and experience level. We have extensive experience with individuals returning from injury, pre/post natal clients, and those working around specific health and physical limitations.
